Adrienne is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist with over 25 years’ experience across multiple industries supporting individuals and leadership teams to navigate complexity, build clarity, and realise their potential. Her work is grounded in evidence-based psychology, combining deep empathy with intellectual rigour and a strong focus on practical outcomes to enable meaningful, sustainable change.
Marie Stopforth
Founder, Chartered Coaching Psychologist
Marie is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience across psychology, performance, and leadership development. Trained in sport & exercise psychology, she supports elite athletes, senior leaders, and leadership teams to perform under pressure, navigate change, and maintain focus on what matters most. Her work is grounded in scientific evidence and combines curiosity with practical insight to enable effective, sustainable performance.
